Cousins

This is Taylor and Coral the oldest and the youngest cousin. Mike's sister Jennifer and her husband Tom and their daughter Coral came to NC for a visit. This is the first time all six grandchildren have all been togather. Here are the shots we were able to take. No one wanted their pictures taken. It was a good time hope you enjoy...

Well I started working at Michael's pre-school and let me just tell you how much I LOVE IT!! It is so much fun. It's not loke babysitting in my own house at all. It's great to have other people's kids and be in a structured environment. I could make it more structured at my house but it never works as well. I am an assistant 4 year old teacher and also the assistant to the director of the pre-school, so it's different for me every day. And it's extra MONEY and I GET OUT of the HOUSE...YEAH....
Oh, and the best part is that Lee Lee gets to go and she loves it too. She is the youngest one in the class and you would never know it.

Okay, so just random thoughts for the day...
It is cloudy and I don't fell like doing a damn thing...
The kids are not playing well today...
So I guess the thing to do is just get everyone ready and get out of the house!!!!

Off to Mooresville today... I think we'll go return some things to Old Navy and go to Target and then get some lunch. Yeah sounds like a good Idea... Alright well Lee Lee is all over me and won't let me go...We'll talk again later...............

Just look at my baby!! She's done it. She is all potty trained. No more diapers...YA HOO... I decided to give her a pillow so this is her very own pillow. She loves it and she takes it with her all around the house. She loves to lay on it and read books.

And take note of the big girl panties!! She just loves being a big girl. I put pull up's on her when whe goes to bed or for naps and for the past 10 days she has waken up dry so we tried no pull up last night and today at nap time and no peepee's!!!! YEAH, WHAT A BIG GIRL!!!!

Back to school

This is the first day of pre-school. No one wanted to take pictures this year but I made them. And because of it we ended up almost 10 minutes late for the first day of school.
My handsome boy! First day in Mrs. Lorie's 4 year old class. His last year in pre-school, then off to kindergarten. My how time flies when your having fun...
This is Michael's friend Hunter. I babysitt him and he is also in Michael's class. They have become good friends.

These are my new favorite pictures of Taylor. This is her new hair cut ( not so new anymore...) I cant believe how big she is . On 9/25 she will be 9 years old. I never could have fathomed how beautiful, and sweet, and caring, and respectful she would become. Hopefully she will continue her good habits as she approaches her teen years. I love you baby!!!!

Lots going on...

Well school officially started on 8/27 for Taylor. Holy cow she is now in the 4th grade. She loves her techer so far. She has gotten a lot of homework but not too much, so that's good. She has started cheerleading again and we will have her 4th game tomorrow. She is doing very well.

Michael started pre-school on 9/4 and he loves it!!!! He is now in the 4 year old class. This will be his last year the it's off to kindergarten!!!!!! He loves Mrs. Lorie and Mrs. Eve!! Michael started playing soccer a few weeks ago. You should see him go. They have scrimmiged(not sure how to spell that) twice and he scored twice in the first one and once last night. He was so proud of himself, you should have see the look on his face.

Now to little LeeLee...well me first it goes into leelee. I started working as a teacher assistant at the preschool on Tuesday in the 4 year old room. ( Not Michael's class the other 4 year old class ) Which I LOVE!!! So because I am working there we put Alyssa in the 2 year old room. She is to little for this class because with her birthday being in November she misses the cut off. So she is the youngest one in there, but at 22 month she is the only one who is potty trained!! Her teachers just love her. They say she is so smart and sometimes listens better than the older kids. Hard to believe she is getting so big... So anyways just wanted to give a bit of and update and if all goes well I'll have a few pictures up later. Till then..............................................

a little to long......

Well, it has been a little too long. The kids and I went to Disney world and that was AWESOME! And the kids went and spent 1 full week in NY with my parents. We have moved now and the computer is up and running. I am still not getting any e-mails and that has me very mad, but other than that things are starting to settle down now.

We are anxiously awaiting for school to start. Taylor has gotten "the letter" and we know her teacher and what supplies she needs. We received Michael's packet from school. He has Mrs. Lorie this year and he is so excited!! We see the teachers and director at the park every week at practices and he just loves that.

Kailee is going to be starting Kindergarten this year so I will be starting to watch another little boy named Hunter. Michael is so excited and so is Hunter from what his mom tells me. She told me last night that she checked around about me and word on the street is that I am the best babysitter in the area!! That was so nice to hear. I can't beleive that alot of people even know about me. I should really think about starting my own daycare!! She said Hunter threw a fit everyday this week so far because he wants to start coming to my house like NOW!! It's good to know he's looking forward to coming. And it won't be full time and that's perfect for me!!!!!

I also would like to say Happy Birthday to all you leo's out there. My mom & my husband both have birthdays on 8/14. Mike's mom Vickie 8/10 my step mom Chris 8/6, my grandma 8/3, Moriah 8/18, from reading my mom's blog also to Bob and Shirley and everyone else in the Miller family having birthday's this month.

I would also like to congratulate Jeana on her engagment and Jodi on her pregnancy. I am so excited for both of you and I can't wait for both big events!!!! I LOVE YA BOTH!!!!!!

Always laying on the floor

I always find Alyssa with her BB laying on the kitchen floor. Even in the old house she would do this. Mainly when I am cooking dinner because I won't stop what I am doing to pick her up. I think that she thinks if she is in the way I'll pick her up...but she's always wrong...!!!

She picked up that paper and when I told her to give it to me she layed back down with it. She thought that was the funniest thing ever.

The closer I got to her the more she laughed!!

This was the first time babysitting my nephew!! He was so good. We traded off, I took Jay and Marchelle and Tyler took Taylor and Michael to see the new Harry Potter.

Meet Molly

Meet Molly Smith. She was born June 11th weighing in at 6lbs. 2 oz. and 16 1/2 inches long. Congratulations to Jeni, Sean and to her big sister Meghan and big brother Micah.
